Stick Electrodes
Covered stick electrodes across the classifications this factory produces. Cellulosic types — E6010, E6011, E8010, E9010 and E4211 — cover pipeline and root-pass work, and E6011 runs on AC or DC. Rutile E6013 and the GB/T 5117 E4313 designation cover general fabrication. Low-hydrogen types — E7015, E7016, E7018, E7028, E8018 and E9018 — cover all-position and high-strength joints, with iron-powder low-hydrogen variants for flat and horizontal work. Iron-powder types E6024 and E7024 are for flat, high-deposition runs. The stainless grades are rutile and martensitic (E308-16, E308L-16, E316L-16, A102, E410NiMo-16). The range also carries an aluminium electrode (E4043), a high-strength low-alloy electrode (J857CrNi) and a cobalt-based hardfacing electrode (ECoCR-E). 23 grades are published here.

- Cellulosic — E6010, E6011, E8010, E9010, E4211: deep-penetrating, for pipeline root passes; E6011 welds on AC or DC.
- Low-hydrogen — E7015, E7016, E7018, E7028, E8018, E9018: all-position and high-strength joints, including iron-powder low-hydrogen types.
- Iron powder — E6024, E7024: flat and horizontal runs where deposition rate matters.
- Stainless — E308-16, E308L-16, E316L-16 and A102 (rutile), E410NiMo-16 (martensitic).
- Also in the family — E4043 aluminium, J857CrNi high-strength low-alloy, ECoCR-E cobalt-based hardfacing.
- Order quantities recorded on this line run from 500 kg on the stainless and low-hydrogen grades to 2–5 t on the carbon-steel grades.
